My Goals
In the classroom
In the classroom my goal is to be able to provide an AID for each student that will help and motivate them to their full advantage. I want to be able to be a teacher who they look forward to seeing 5 days a week. My goal inside the classroom is to have a positive working environment for each and every person, and allow them to ask as many questions they need to understand the task.
For each student
As we all know not everybody likes their teacher, but especially their sub, but with that being said I want to be flexible for each student and teach them the way that is easiest for them to learn. I want every student to understand that they can ask as many questions as possible, but also to ask for one on one help with either me or their AID. Each student deserves to learn, even if their way of learning is different from the rest, we will make it work!
Overall
Overall while being in the classroom, my overall goal is to have a great time, and to truly feel comfortable with the students and the adults in the classroom who are there to help. I want to have a positive work environment, and I want my students to feel free to always ask for help!
